Rules: The card shows the discount you can get and a number on the top in blue. Higher number card wins. Both you and the NPC pays, but only winner gets the grocery.

This was already implemented, but I forgot to mention: If the NPC has even number of cards, he throws the highest he has, else he throws the lowest.
